Mental Health Week - University of Melbourne

The Mental Health week at the University of Melbourne focused on sharing the journey, both the good and the bad, rather than shouldering the hardship on your own. It is important for you to remember that it's okay to feel the way that you feel, and a problem shared is a problem halved.

There were a range of free events, workshops and activities throughout the week to help strengthen your connections with others as well as yourself. 

There were some fun sessions like free coffee and food, as well as cuddles with Buddy :)
